Join somatic facilitator and Recess yoga teacher, Daria Drake, for this community movement ritual!
This is the somatic practice your body has been craving – a place to drop into the deepest parts of yourself to express and digest what is ready to move from the inside to the outside.
A place for your emotional body to dance, B R E A T H E and be fully held, without judgment or shame.
Come shake your ass, crawl on the ground and let YOUR BODY SPEAK as we unhook from the constructs and mental gymnastics that keep us stagnant and unexpressed.
This is how we get free – by feeling into our grief, rage, aliveness, awe and wonder… together!
We’ll move, dance and write our body’s story to weave a magical practice that welcomes depth, connection and aliveness back into our experience of being in a body.
You’ll dress in comfy clothes, bring a journal and water. There’s no dance experience necessary and all gender expressions are welcome and encouraged to come!

Love as a Practice: Movement, Mantra, and Meeting

Love as a Practice: Movement, Mantra & Meeting is a Valentine’s Day experience for people who want to deepen connection with their own hearts in service of greater connection with others.
Through gentle somatic movement, grounding yoga asanas, and simple mantras, we’ll explore how love lives in our bodies and voices. The experience will conclude with partnered authentic relating games designed to support presence and connection.
This is a carefully held space that balances structure with flow.
Come with a partner, friend, or family member; all you need is curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Settle into a sanctuary of stillness where breath, energy, and intuition gently meet.
Join Lauren and Sarah for this 90 minute Yin Yoga and Reiki workshop, where you will be invited to slow down, soften, and go inward.
Long-held, supported yin postures create spaciousness in the body while easing tension in the fascia, joints, and subtle layers beneath the surface. As you deepen into each shape, healing Reiki energy is offered to support the release of stagnant emotions, balance the nervous system, and open the pathways where emotions and old energy often linger.
We’ll move gently, holding shapes that invite deep release— unraveling tension in the body, while Reiki techniques will be offered to support emotional clearing, energetic balance, and a feeling of being held from the inside out.
