This back workshop is different from any other you may have taken – we work with not only our physical body, but through the body’s subtle energetic and emotional bodies for a full spectrum release you’ll immediately feel.
Through Meridian Yoga Therapy, Acupressure, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, you will let go of tension in the most unexpected places, because, well, everryyyything is connected!
Walk away feeling spacious and soft, with a digital library (emailed to you) of the poses and stretches for continued relief.

Inverted Perspectives
with Aaron

Join Aaron for this workshop-style yoga class with an emphasis on inversions.
By turning our bodies upside down, our understanding of what is up (or down) shifts, offering a new perspective.
Through the ongoing process of learning and practicing inversions, we begin to embody what it means to be centered and grounded with an open perspective.
To begin, Aaron will lead the class through a warm-up flow to connect the mind and body with the breath. Next, we will workshop inversions by breaking down the foundations of headstands,
forearm balances, and handstands.
Using the wall, straps, and blocks, along with personalized assists from Aaron, you’ll feel confident setting up and progressing with inversions in your daily practice.
To emphasize the health benefits of restorative inversions, we will wind down the class with shoulder stand variations and a restful savasana.

Summer Solstice Yoga Mala

A soulful and energizing experience, a yoga mala is a moving meditation made up of 108 sun salutations and a powerful way to honor the vitality and radiance of the summer solstice.
Summer Solstice is a seasonal turning point that marks the longest day of the year. It is often seen as a time of transition, reflection, and energetic shift in both nature and within ourselves.
Gather in community to celebrate the light within and around us, set meaningful intentions for the months ahead, and release anything standing in the way of growth and joy.
Rooted in the traditions of bhakti (devotion), seva (selfless service), and tapas (dedicated effort), the mala invites you to move with purpose and presence. Our practice will be divided into 4 sets of 27 sun salutations, each with a unique dedication.
This experience is open to all practitioners, with plenty of opportunities to rest, modify, and reconnect throughout the practice.
Alongside the asana, enjoy grounding meditation, supportive assists, and a restorative savasana with cooling lavender towels to close our time together.

Remembering Rest: A Gathering to Experience Yoga Nidra

Join Alex for a Yoga Nidra offering, shared with the intention of supporting embodiment of stillness and quiet, to more deeply sense the heart and inner knowing.
Receive deep rest, and invite your nervous system to settle. Reconnect with your inner stability, steadiness, and confidence, as we all move with and through the uncertainty around us.
Our space will open with sound bowls, followed by Alex guiding the community through a body scan, breath awareness, and an Earth Nidra practice. Sound bowls will be used again to invite the group's awareness back into the space.
Our time together will close with space to integrate your experience and to connect with other members of the community.
