Yin + Pin
with Sarah and Ellie
$55
*Spaces are limited
90-minutes of Yin Yoga interwoven with acupressure, acupuncture, and hands-on assists.
We'll move slowly into long-held, supported shapes designed to access the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissue. As the body softens, gentle acupressure and optional acupuncture are offered to stimulate meridian pathways, encourage energetic flow, and support the body's natural healing response. Expect an atmosphere that invites softening and release, while supporting nervous system regulation, emotional unwinding, and quiet internal awareness.
Acupuncture in Yin + Pin: Acupuncture is the painless insertion of hair-thin, sterile needles into specific points along the body's meridian systems (think of these as vast and dynamic energy highways flowing through your body). While acupuncture is effective in treating a wide range of conditions, in Yin + Pin we draw on its profound ability to regulate the nervous system, deepening the relaxation and release that Yin Yoga naturally invites. Toward the end of class, a few needles will be gently placed to close out the practice.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your lower legs and arms.
About Ellie: Ellie Blom is a licensed acupuncturist holding a Doctorate in Chinese Medicine from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical in Asheville, NC. Her approach to healing is deeply personal — shaped not only by her clinical work as an acupuncturist and herbalist, but by her own ever-evolving practices of yoga, meditation, and Qi Gong. Ellie is passionate about guiding people back into relationship with their bodies and supporting the integration of spirit and physical form. Central to her work is the belief that when we come into the right relationship with our own energy bodies, we open the door to deeper alignment, vitality, and wholeness.

Yogastha Sadhana: Foundation and Fundamentals
with Aaron
$35 for a single class
$60 for both classes
Join Aaron for this two-part comprehensive workshop focusing on the foundations and fundamentals of the vinyasa practice, Yogastha Sadhana.
Yogastha Sadhana is a modern-day raja vinyasa method that sequences postures
for a systematic approach to developing a sustainable yoga practice. This
workshop aims to highlight the foundations and the fundamentals of the standing series, seated postures, and closing sequence of Series 1, Raja Vinyasa.
Saturday’s class will begin with an introduction to Yogastha Sadhana, laying the
foundation for what the method offers. We’ll look at the fundamentals of
alignment, modifications, and transitions for the standing series, seated postures,
and the closing sequence, so expect a slow but steady pace as Aaron

BLOOM! A Spring Somatic Reset
with Daria
$35
As we emerge from winter’s hibernation and turn our faces toward the warmth of spring, something inside us stirs – the light lingers longer on our skin, breath deepens, energy returns.
Spring’s unsuspecting invitation: to not rush forward in a frenzy of doing, but to balance the tender stillness of yin with the rising fire of yang. You may feel the urge to burst into motion, to chase your dreams with urgency — and yet there is wisdom in a conscious pause. When we steady ourselves, we can direct this fresh vitality with clarity and devotion.
Bloom is a nourishing, grounding somatic yoga practice designed to help you harmonize these inner currents, fill your cup, and reconnect with the desires quietly asking to take root.
You’ll be guided through gentle movement to open the channels of your body — softening tight edges, awakening sleepy places, and creating space where you’ve been bracing. Through meditation, you’ll bring compassionate awareness to what is ready to be released.
We’ll close with a channeled writing ritual for the astrological new year, naming your intentions and envisioning them as already blossomed — felt in your body as truth.
Wear comfy clothes you can move around in & bring your journal. Leave feeling steady and spacious, released and rooted, with a renewed vision for the bright season ahead!

Body Temple Dance
with Daria
$35
Join Daria, somatic facilitator and Recess yoga teacher, for this community movement ritual!
This is the somatic practice your body has been craving – a place to drop into the deepest parts of yourself to express and digest what is ready to move from the inside to the outside. A place for your emotional body to dance, B R E A T H E and be fully held, without judgment or shame.
Come shake your ass, crawl on the ground and let YOUR BODY SPEAK as we unhook from the constructs and mental gymnastics that keep us stagnant and unexpressed. This is how we get free – by feeling into our grief, rage, aliveness, awe and wonder… together!
We’ll move, dance and write our body’s story to weave a magical practice that welcomes depth, connection and aliveness back into our experience of being in a body.
You’ll dress in comfy clothes, bring a journal and water. There’s no dance experience necessary and all gender expressions are welcome and encouraged to come!
