Dance Brave™ uses two modalities to exquisitely optimize your mind and body: Erotic Embodiment and the Roll Model Method™.


Dance Brave™ is a somatic, trauma-informed embodiment practice for women who long to feel sensually unfrozen, connected to the erotic, and to deepen their relationship with intimacy. 


When women integrate with shadow aspects that present as fear of rejection, betrayal, and exile, we expand into our true essence of wholeness. Sensuality is turned off by shame, stress, and trauma. Dance Brave uses breath, movement, and sound to turn it back on. 


Role Model Method™ reduces chronic pain, improves performance, addresses scar tissue, fascial adhesions, overused, underused, and abused connective tissue. If you feel body shame, insecure, closed to intimacy, or inhibited from expressing yourself fully with others, the journey toward growth starts here.

New Year's Meditation and Manifestation

Get more of what you want in 2026


Begin the new year with grounded awareness and some new tools for finding inner peace and so much more in the new year.


This 90-minute workshop will give you the tools to cultivate a sustainable meditation practice in 2026. Meditation is a critical but easy and even delicious part of being on the path to more inner peace. 

Easy? But Tom, I’ve tried meditating, and it was anything but easy. And it was definitely not “delicious,” you weirdo.


The ways I will teach you to meditate do make it easy and enjoyable.


And not only that: One form of meditation I will teach you is manifestation without attachment to the results. This is tried and true way of getting more of what you want out of life. Sounds magical? It’s not. Pretty basic, actually. And really fun.


Meditation supports emotional resilience, clarity of mind, and a deeper relationship to self.


You will learn the fundamentals of meditation in an accessible, structured way: posture, breath, mental orientation, and how to meet your thoughts without resistance. We’ll discuss the physiological, emotional, and cognitive benefits of meditation, and we will explore simple best practices for developing a sustainable daily rhythm—one that feels both easeful and supportive.


The workshop also includes a manifestation component rooted in yogic philosophy: intention without attachment. 


We will start by defining one clear goal for the new year. And then I’ll guide you into a manifestation mediation that you can repeat as often as you like in 2026.


You can expect to:

  • Receive structured guidance on      how to meditate with ease and confidence
  • Understand the benefits of    meditation for the mind, body, and nervous system
  • Learn practical tools for sustaining a meditation practice over time
  • Practice manifestation as a      powerful meditation technique
  • Articulate one meaningful      intention to carry into the new year


Come prepared with something to write with, an open mind, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

Settle into a sanctuary of stillness where breath, energy, and intuition gently meet.

Join Lauren and Sarah for this 90 minute Yin Yoga and Reiki workshop, where you will be invited to slow down, soften, and go inward. 


Long-held, supported yin postures create spaciousness in the body while easing tension in the fascia, joints, and subtle layers beneath the surface. As you deepen into each shape, healing  Reiki energy is offered to support the release of stagnant emotions, balance the nervous system, and open the pathways where emotions and old energy often linger.

We’ll move gently, holding shapes that invite deep release— unraveling tension in the body, while Reiki techniques will be offered to support emotional clearing, energetic balance, and a feeling of being held from the inside out.


This practice is an invitation to let go: old stories, stagnant energy, and the weight you don’t want to carry into the year ahead.
