Aries Full Moon Circle
Full Moons hold the energy of illumination, adaptation, and release. Aries is a fire sign associated with motivation, strength, and confidence. With a Full Moon in Aries, we will be working on connecting with what is holding us back from tending to our inner fires. In this 1.5 hour workshop, you can expect to learn about this Full Moon and the astrological "weather" of the time, how it will affect YOU using your specific birth chart, meditation, journaling, tarot/oracle card readings, and connection with community. Bring a pen and your journal and get ready to reflect & release together!
*Please come prepared with your Sun, Moon, And Rising if possible! Or include your birth info (date, time, place) and I can find it for you)*

How to Meditate (And Why)
Join us for a 90-minute workshop exploring the transformative practice of meditation. In this session, we’ll delve into Pema Chödrön’s approach to meditation, which emphasizes being present with the full arc of life’s experiences—both joyful and difficult—while cultivating openness, courage, and emotional resilience.
We’ll begin by discussing key concepts, such as:
- Developing steadfastness in allowing all experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant
- Cultivating clear seeing and awareness, free from judgment
- Embracing courage to face emotional discomfort
- Learning to fully wake up to the present moment, regardless of life’s ups and downs
The workshop will include two short meditation sessions designed to help you put these principles into practice. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with meditation, this workshop will offer practical tools for deepening your mindfulness practice and engaging more fully with life.

ABOUT BILLY AND SONIA
Billy :
My hand-balancing journey has been about finding “True Balance”. Understanding a level of balance like this will make it possible to hand balance anywhere, on anything, while moving, creating shapes, and even performing handstands and handstand push-ups on my fingertips and knuckles. Understanding the balance will also help you achieve more difficult entries and even move on to advanced moves like handstand push-ups and presses. I currently hold two Guinness Book World Records for handstands. I established and lead a handstand club in Jacksonville FL.
Sonia:
I love the patience, discipline, humility, and playfulness that accompany a dedicated inversion practice. Like many yoga practitioners, I struggled with overcoming the common trappings (including the initial fear!) of practicing inversions. Years after several breakthroughs in my training, it is my passion to share the many tips that have helped me to learn how to trust myself and comfortably position my body upside down with control. I’m also a 500 RYT and enjoy teaching vinyasa and restorative yoga classes to all levels.
