Although each teacher at Recess puts their own spin on their vinyasa flow class, you can count on some breath work, a challenging physical practice, a meet-you-where-you-are approach, and of course a well deserved final relaxation. This class is a little spicy and great if you have some experience with yoga poses.
Using the breath, we create an even, steady, mild pace through which we flow a creative sequence of poses. We breathe together and move together, getting stronger and more flexible while we develop an increased capacity for stillness within.

Strengthen and tone your muscles with pull-and-push exercises and increase your endurance with cardio moves, all to a killer soundtrack and in a way that is fun and challenging. Sessions being with invigorating warm up and end softly, with meditative relaxation to soothe your mind. Pro tip: Bring a towel and water!
